I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were very modern and it was convenient to safely leave my bag at the hotel after check-out, they felt a bit dark and gloomy with modest decor. The service was pleasant, but not very responsive to room requests, although the staff went above and beyond in being nice and informative. The location, although needing improvement in the lobby area, was good overall and close to the attractions I wanted to see. The dining experience was good, and I even received compensation for a night issue, but there was room for improvement with the 'breakfast included' option. Overall, it was a decent stay.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms had a strange smell, didn't match the photos, but at least had a refrigerator and microwave. They were pretty standard like any other hotel, but the TV remote was tricky to use. On the bright side, the service was excellent, especially when we had issues with our room and lost a teddy bear. The staff was young, friendly, and chatty. However, the location felt a bit unsafe due to foot traffic and nearby crime, although it was convenient for events in downtown Salt Lake and had easy freeway access and gas stations nearby. The dining experience was delicious, thanks to Michael Sivels, but could have had more gluten-free options. The hotel was under construction during my visit. The facilities were okay, but the neighborhood wasn't great for parking.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, with clean and comfortable rooms and a stunning view of the mountains, though a few issues like undisclosed fees and parking expenses were a downside. The location was great for exploring Salt Lake City and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The rooms were breathtaking and very nice, though a bit steep for a standard room. The parking was convenient, but the room didn't cool down even with the AC set to 65F all night.
